I'm not overly impressed with the app tbh. It connects no problems, sometimes. Other times, you have to wait extra time. Other times, it just won't connect. I've had the app quit on my halfway through a run a couple times as well. I love having an app that can track my dreadmill runs for me. BUT it would be great if it was more reliable.

Jason Boles

This app was not tested at all. Always acting up. Not recording history. Takes too long to connect to the treadmill.

Pair is a pain. And instructions say it will just pair. But bluetooth wants a pin number which isn't supplied.

tyler petersen

Barely better than nothing at all. At least it allows me to set my name as a user. UI is very antiquated and difficult to use.

Mark Burke

Connects only occasionally at terrible connection times. App freezes. Can only get music to play if app isn't being used.

Whitney Ylvisaker

To say this app is a disappointment would be an understatement. It's garbage and borderline useless.

Terrible! 1. Connecting with partner apps does not work for most partner apps (mapmyfitness UA family and Fitbit fail, succeeded with myfitnesspal) 2. No exercise information is actually transferred to myfitnesspal despite linking the app. 3. Workout details are terrible. No depiction of time series with speed, incline, total elevation gain, heart rate etc for any just completed workout. 4. Workout history is terrible. Does not save history for user when app not used to start exercise.

Philip Connor

Very bad app when you buy a 1500$ treadmill you expect something better. This app is slow, buggy doesn't save history, the UI is bad, crash during workout with an error message in Chinese. It's 2022 you should do better than at.

Denis Rosenkranz

This app is terrible!!! Come on Horizon, get with the times and produce an app that is as good as your treadmills are!!!

Mandee Greer

Good Idea; Poor Performance. The app often does not connect and there is no clear cause. It does allow tracking activities for multiple users, but it is still very limited.
